Visit our thrift storeLifelong’s Board of Directors is made up of individuals from the community who care deeply about the mission of the organization and agree to provide oversight and leadership around HIV/AIDS issues.
Lifelong makes a concerted effort to include individuals on the Board who are living with HIV/AIDS. The role of the Board is to hire and evaluate the Executive Director, provide fiscal oversight and strategic direction, and to represent the organization in the broader community.
Board members make a financial commitment to the organization and actively serve on standing or ad hoc committees as a part of their service. The Governance Committee is responsible for recruiting new Board members if openings exist.
